Things of note to Deviantart watchers:

1. I haven't updated my journal in like. Ever.
2. I seem to have stopped talking to everyone, except my boyfriend and my co-workers. I apologize, but presently my relationship and my job are my sanity. I'm going through a weird period of transition, artistically, emotionally and even spiritually. It's probably best for everyone that I don't talk much because I'll only end up contradicting myself at this point.
3. I'm getting the hell away from "Anime". I'll never completely escape its stylistic influence (nor do I want to, it's very expressive and versatile) but I'm making an effort to get a little farther away from it. I don't enjoy WATCHING anime any more, that's for certain.
4. I'm starting to do more celebrity portraits, specifically musicians. If anyone has any artist in particular you might like to see me draw, and some good pictures for me to work from, I'll consider giving it a shot if they pique my interest. It doesn't need to be anyone that I appreciate musically. I'm up for anything.
5. NIN's Year Zero and VNV Nation's Judgement are both excellent albums and anyone who tells you differently is LYING TO YOU.
